Hello all,

I am looking at implementing something like the Team Knowledge Officer role.  Would anyone be prepared to share their successes and setbacks with getting this off the ground?

This example from SATH seems excellent

I am also aware of the “Link workers” approach talked about by Caroline Storer, Rebecca Williams and Andy Arnfield at HLG in Salford.

And that Heart of England have TKOs

Please indicate if you are not happy for your response to be shared or I will assume I can share with interested folk.

Cheers

Alan
