Hi FSL experts,

I meet the same problem when running FSL-VBM. But as I check the mailing list, Zhang's problem have not been solved yet, or at least not posted in the mailing list. Can any one please give some help.

However, when I continued onto the second step by using fslvbm_2_template -n script, 30% of the brains gave wrong orientations and some were even loaded in wrong views after registration (checked by going through each volume of the "template_GM_4D" image in struc folder in fslview). Could you help explain any possibilities why this happened?
