Hi all
I am working with a fmri study group of 6 patient and all of them have been processed using the same MNI152_T1_1mm_brain.nii.gz standard template.
Is there anyway of creating standard ROI brain masks to assess independently the activated voxels in each patient, using the drawing tool in fslview?
I.e. by registering the same ROI brain mask with every patient' brain activation acquisition.
