Dear all, I am running FDT-probtrackx-Classification targets on some human data. I used the corpus callosum as seed space mask image and the cingulate anterior mask from Harvard-Oxford cortical atlas as Classification target. In the result 3D imag (seeds_to_cingulate anterior), the value of all voxels is 5,000. Is this correct? I am expecting that the values in seeds_to_target will be differents for each voxel reflecting connectivity between these two regions. Did I misunderstand anything? Thank you for your time. Best Rubén
