Calculating laterality index we just look for the lateralization of speech production, so I think we shouldn't influence the calculation of this index with the prejudge of asymmetry. Therefore in my opinion using symmetrical ROIs are more rationale. Could anybody help with my original questions in my previous mail? Thanks, Gábor
