Hi all! Feat postats doesn't work in sge environment. The Feat report contains the following line: /usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/fsl_sub -T 0 -l logs -N feat4_post -j 94 /usr/share/fsl/4.1/bin/feat /home/kutato/Desktop/4D_HEGER_PETER_1_4_+++.feat/design.fsf -D /home/kutato/Desktop/4D_HEGER_PETER_1_4_+++.feat -poststats 0 0 95 I think the "-T 0" is the main problem. Where does FEAT get this zero value from? Please reply ASAP. Thanks, Gábor
