Thanks. I thought it had probably come up years ago as it must be a common question for noobs, but neither I nor any of my colleagues could find it on the site. Would it be sound for me to report that network in the paper and just say that it is negatively correlated with the time course or should I actually reverse the time-course before saying that? --Stuart
