Hi all, In TBSS step 3, the mean_FA_mask is created by taking the non-zero-FA voxels of all subjects, the issue I met is that, as I incorporate more subjects in TBSS, the common non-zero-FA voxels are monotonically decreasing, hence, the mean_FA_mask becomes smaller as the subjects increases. I would appreciate any comment on the influence to FA skeletonization if I keep the mean_FA_skeleton at a fixed size and shape. Best, Leo
