Has anyone else had direct experience of this type of change? If so,please could you advise/comment on the following: 1. Your opinion on the quality of C&G ESOL qualifications at all levels. 2. How long does it take to set up the administration and the use of the C&G qualifications, including changing the syllabus, schemes of work, assessment, moderation, training staff and general administration etc.? 3. What would be the recommended lead-in time before the start of the courses? 4. Did it help retention and achievement statistics? 5. Feedback from learners on the C&G quals? Any other comments/advice would be gratefully received.
