Hi Judy
I am wondering if
JobSavvyGrad might be a useful tool for
you? It might be able to serve that purpose anyway. It is something that Bedfordshire (Mark Diggle, Head of Careers) are developing with a private company.
Otherwise can’t help - I love the idea of such
a diagnostic tool and I think it ought to be an app on a smart phone to fit in with Gen Y
Best wishes
Ruth

Subject: Diagnostic Tools for Employability
Hello All,
Here at MMU we are investigating the possibility of creating a diagnostic tool (for use at entry or pre-entry) which might identify those students vulnerable to poor employability
outcomes on graduation. The intention would be to offer such students additional support throughout their degree to improve their destinations.
Has any other institution attempted this, and if so, would anyone be willing to describe or demonstrate their resources? In addition, if people can point me at any relevant work
they are aware of in the UK or elsewhere, which has been done in this area, e.g. factors influencing employability outcomes, I would be enormously appreciative.
Best wishes,
Judy
