Agree with you there Ibrahim, that video is excellent, slightly out-dated now but still packed full of common sense approaches. I once asked the ICO if I could use this as part of my training packages and the answer was that as it was publicly available anyone could use it, as long as the ICO branding stayed on it. I have actually got it on the machine I am working on and it really is tempting to upload it to YouTube as I am sure it would go viral pretty quickly :O)
