Jesse, I was interested to see your allusion to (presumably) Peter
Carroll's "Liber Null Psychenaut" and the Chaos Magick current that has
been evolving since the 70s. It's been very much an energy-field and frame
of reference in my own working, notably in the novel "The Qliphoth" and in
its sequel, "Beneath the Pleasure Zones" currently in progress. It's also a
strand in my "Slow Learning" sequence and it's even implicit in earlier
poems.

"Liber Null" is the most paradigm-shifting occult work since 666's "Magick
in Theory and Practice"(1929). Like AC's work it's syncretic, empirical,
even sceptical. Where it goes further than AC is its deeper investigation
into the implications of physics, and its rejection of dualism and/or
traditional notions of transcendence. He takes these speculations further
in subsequent books, notably in "The Apophenion".

I would be pleased to hear from fellow Chaoists and post-Thelemites on the
list.
