David
I've seen this before, when tubes are lose fitting in the bucket and
rotate during centrifugation. The ink rubs off on the bucket wall.

Subject: Disintgrating Bar-codes

May I enquire if other labs experience barcode labels which are
disfigured by centrifugation? Our most accute minds cannot explain how
the barcodes become unreadable after the samples have been spun.
Regards, David
