Mainly for the UK and for staff involved with quality management - please post on your notice board! ======================================================================= *AQMLM <http://www.aqmlm.org.uk> is holding a Workshop on "Understanding Traceability" on Wednesday 14th September 2011 at the University Research Park<http://www.birmingham.ac.uk/partners/rcs/facilities-support/birmingham-research-park.aspx>in Birmingham. * *Programme details and sign-up information are here<http://www.aqmlm.org.uk/?q=node/143> . * The morning session will include formal presentations on the concepts and theory of metrological traceability and the establishment of traceability chains for small and large molecules. The afternoon session will involve facilitated discipline-related group discussion, where participants can discuss how to establish and implement metrological traceability in their discipline. The Workshop is credited by the IBMS for 5 hours study under reference MD155N11. (RCPath accreditation is anticipated shortly.) Costs are £25 for full AQMLM members and £40 for non-members. Participants may register and pay online or download a paper form. This Workshop is limited to 30 participants, so please register as soon as possible. Thank you!
