Hi Blair, you can't do exactly that in ImCalc, because you can neither use a p value for thresholding nor an extent threshold. What you can do is to threshold the spmF image at a certain F threshold, which you will have to know in advance. To select clusters above a certain size only, you would have to run spm_bwlabel on the thresholded map and sort out small clusters yourself. Best, Volkmar Thank you for your response. I have created the ess/spmF images (as it is an F-contrast I am using) using the contrast manager but I am unsure how I could use these and ImCalc to create a mask. If I want to create a mask with a threshold (F or p value) of 0.01 and an extent threshold (voxels) of 140, how exactly would I input these exact parameters into ImCalc to create a mask?
