This is a two step process:
(1) Normalise:Estimate
- set nonlinear iterations to 0.

(2) Normalise:Write
- Change the bounding box
- Change the voxel size

Since everything is 3D, there really isn't a difference between saving different planes anymore, unless you have a program that can't identify the planes properly.

Hi SPM users,

I'm working on affine registration to the atlas space. I would like to do affine registration, store the .mat file and would like to apply the .mat file to the original data and reslice the original data to user-defined specifications (plane (axial/sagittal/coronol), voxel size, matrix size).

Please help!

Thanks for your time,
Aaryani
