I know about the pain and restricted movement, Max, that's why I made merry with it - that's a very basic human psychological reflex, isn't it? I think it's proper spelling is 'supra' - I wrote what I first heard (oral culture is not a preferable condition, well not for apes of slow wit anyhow). I have a veritable portfolio of muscular inflammatory problems which are given facts of my life. I used to drink like the Atlantic Ocean and went for all sorts of therapies till I realised it was the body craving muscle soothers.
