Why would you need post reg experience as a nurse. I have a superb nurse. Qualified and immediately started specialist OH training. 16 years later she is still brilliant.

Subject: [OCC-HEALTH] entry to SCPHN programme

Dear All,
Has any one else read this? I am not sure if I am interpretting correctly, but is this saying that newly qualified nurses can start on the SCPHN programme, regardless of specific pathway?
What about post registrattion experience?
Thanks,
Tracy
