Hi,
 
From personal experience there are many nursing chairs out there and all have different quality standards as with office chairs.  I have one that has an adjustable back, the arm rests slide which reclines just the back support which is useful if you have a heavier baby ( you can rest the weight of the baby on your chest and not in your arms).  Mine is from a company called tutti bambini and is a wonderful sturdy and very comfy chair. Not sure about other brands but when I was searching for this one ( about 5 yrs ago) this one was the best I could find and was the "right price". Hope that helps.
