Presenter: Maria do Carmo Leal (Duca) Medical doctor (Preventive Medicine), PhD at Epidemiology from Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (1997), Senior Researcher, Department of Epidemiology of National School of Public Health - Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (Fiocruz), Rio de Janeiro – Brazil. During 6 years (2005 – 2011) was Vice-President for Teaching, Information and Communication of Fiocruz/RJ – Brazil.
