Dear Library Professionals

The Ex Libris Webinar Center is pleased to present the next event in our webinar program: 21st Century Library Services from Ex Libris, a series of webinars presenting Ex Libris solutions for next-generation libraries.

The second session of this program provides you with an opportunity to find out more about Intertwining User Services in the Library.

The interplay between an information system's user interface, the content the system offers, and the way in which the system "understands" the user's context is the key to the success of a discovery system. A mashup of services embedded in a modern user interface serves to provide an advanced, library-branded search tool that is configured to reflect the context of the individual.
