Dear All, Please see the "Do Not Do" report from NICE. http://www.nice.org.uk/usingguidance/donotdorecommendations/detail.jsp?action=details&dndid=130 Perhaps women and maternity units would find this more helpful than traditional "Birth Plans" as it sites evidence based practice and offers explanation rather than cut and paste blanket forms.
