I'm writing to you from the Sheila McKechnie Foundation regarding the
Shout Out! workshop and award for 14 to 18 year olds introducing them to
campaigning and which supports active citizenship and confidence in
leadership.

The workshop leads into our annual SMK Campaigner Awards, in particular
the Shout Out! award which is aimed for young Londoners aged 14 to 18.

The award is more about developing the individual and to nurture the
campaigning skill and is less of a competition; the workshops aim to
communicate that message.

We are continuing to receive applications for the Shout Out! Award until
10am on 27th June and if you know of any young people who you feel can
benefit from this programme, please do either nominate them here:
www.smk.org.uk/nominate-a-campaigner
<http://www.smk.org.uk/nominate-a-campaigner> , or please encourage them
to apply using the the guidance document and return to
