I am currently looking at designing a whole new structure of evaluation for the schools programme I am putting together for the Museum. I am interested in using video instead of the traditional paper and pen technique, in the hope that I can get a more detailed record of the students experience of their visit. In turn this might give me a better insight into the success of the programme.

Has anyone out there used video for evaluation, and how successful was it? Any case studies people can point me to would be gratefully received too.

Thank you!
