I am experimenting with SIENAX, which has BET built-in. I am not satisfied with the BET results. I have separately experimented with BET, using all relevant options, and still end up with non-brain voxels being included. At this point I would like to make a brain mask in some other software and include it in the SIENA/X process. Has anyone done this already? Thanks, -Jeff Eriksen
