I have been attempting to use fsl_sbca to perform seed based correlation analysis. If I run the following command
fsl_sbca –i Input_Data.nii –s seed_mask.nii –t Input_Data.nii –o Correlation –r –mean
Then the resulting file Correlation_corr.nii has the same number of volumes as the number of voxels in my seed region, could you clarify what each of these volumes represents. I thought that by using –mean I would get only a single volume representing the correlation of each voxel in the brain with the average timeseries from the seed mask region.
