Hi, it depends on what you want to do and on what OS you are. Let's say you want to render the image you have created by the fslmaths call (im1) onto a background image (bgim). Type Renderstats & or Renderstats_gui & (if you are on a MAC) and load im1 as the stats image using the threshold fdr gave you and bgim as the background.
