JISCMail - FSL Archives

After you did fitdti, you got the FA image of every subject. Then you put all the FA data into a new folder. Run the TBSS pipeline as the FSL web desciped. It will do the non-linear registration automatically.

Hi All

I'm a beginner in TBSS. I did eddy correction-BET-fitdti. I couldn't figure out how to do non-linear registration. Could you please tell me the pipeline of complete TBSS process? is it like first steps just having selection from FSL menu (BET,dtifit) OR I do need to write commands ? Many thanks
