I would like to have a summary statistic per subject from a dual-regression two-group comparison to plot it against a behavioural measure. I now used 

fslmeants -i dr_stage2_ic0012 -m dr_stage3_ic0012_tfce_corrp_tstat1_mask -o whatever.txt

The second file was first thresholded at 0.95 and binarised. 

Is this a valid way to go or better to do this differently? What units are the dr_stage2_ic**** files in?
