Morning everyone,

We have recently experienced problems with a couple of students who have been threatening and aggressive when working with Support Workers. I would therefore like to come up with some sort of 'zero tolerance' statement which makes it clear that we will not tolerate such behaviour, perhaps with some information regarding sanctions etc. The idea would be to give this to students when they first start working with Support Workers, and also to have a copy in Reception, Guidance Rooms etc.

Does anyone have anything similar that they'd be happy to share on or off list? I'm aware that this may need to be worded slightly differently to the standard statements you see in GP surgeries and the like because of the students we are working with.

Thanks,

Harriet
