The Royal College of Art is the only wholly postgraduate institution of university status devoted to the study of art, design, humanities and communications.


We are seeking to appoint to the following position:

Senior Tutor, History of Design (0.5) £48,830 - £54,690 pro rata

The School of Humanities is seeking to appoint a Senior Tutor for the RCA/V&A Postgraduate Programme in the History of Design, to lead the specialism 'Modern Design History and Material Culture, 1650-now'. The History of Design Programme is run jointly with the Victoria & Albert Museum. The Senior Tutor will work closely with the Head of Programme at the RCA to shape and support this major specialism within the programme, ensuring effective day-to-day academic management, administration, communication and representation within the School and College, and in partnership with the V&A.
