The data structure is: subject time treatment response 1 0 0 y0 1 1 A y1 1 2 AB y2 1 3 AB y3 1 4 AB y4 1 5 B y5 1 6 B y6 I have about 30 subjects who go through treatment cycles as shown above (0, A,AB,B). I would like to model the data so I can estimate the effect of each of the treatment periods on the reponse. Does anyone have any ideas?
