Hi All

I have just read this in the obituaries column of the Telegraph. Although everybody did not agree with all of their theoretical analysis Yalow and Berson were pioneers in the field if immunoassay a technique which has had such a profound effect in our laboratories. Interestingly the article states that even though they realised the commercial potential they refused to patent the method and made every effort to get the technique into common use . True scientists.
