Dear all,

We currently implementing order-comms e-requesting systems into primary care and plan to set up clinical condition laboratory (Haem/Chem/Micro) profiles into these systems to aid demand management and improve patient care pathways.

Does anyone already have such profiles in place in their GP surgeries?  We hope to use these as templates for the basis of discussion with our GPs and specialist clinicians within the hospital.

Examples of clinical conditions may include: Menopausal screen, prostatic hypertrophy, suspected diabetes, thyroid screening.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.

Many Thanks,

Jenna.
