Mailbase The consensus agreement for high sensitivity troponin T seems to be to measure on admission and 6-9hrs later with 1 result >14ng/L and a >100% change in Troponin T supporting AMI. Does anyone have experience of using the high sensitivity troponin T assay on admission and at 3hrs to rule out or rule in AMI? Alternatively does anyone use a point of care analyser to measure a cardiac panel of Myoglobin, CKMB and Trop I at 90 mins to rule out MI RAT-PAC trial: http://heart.bmj.com/content/97/3/190.long http://www.hta.ac.uk/fullmono/mon1523.pdf Radiometer have approached us with their AQT90 flex, does any one have experience of using their cardiac panel in this way?
