Hi MedlinePlus has 0.8 - 2.0 ng/mL (ug/L) for Digoxin therapeutic levels, with a toxic level of >2.4 ng/mL (see http://www.nlm.nih.gov/medlineplus/ency/article/003430.htm) Not sure how they compile their data. Cheers, J. PS - just as an aside - why does the Pathology Harmony list have Lithium as the only therapeutic drug expressed in molar units when all the others are in mass units? (Sorry if this has already been explained, but I thought it had been decided to use mass units for all therapeutic drugs.) J.
