Hello all I am currently conducting lesion analysis of just one patient using ITK snap and manually tracing. I'm wondering if using SPM as an adjunct would aid in this process. Would normalizing, smoothing and segmenting this SPECT scan be beneficial in terms of having a more accurate representation of the patient's brain? Am I able to use these functions correctly on a SPECT scan? (i.e., were these SPM functions designed as SPECT compatible)? Adam
