Dear all,
Having set up PPI.mat (PPI variables) of each individual by spm_peb_ppi.m, I would like to do PPI GLM estimation (3 regressors in the design matrix: PPI.ppi, PPI.Y, PPI.P)and contrasts (e.g. [1 0 0 0]) for each individual. Could someone provide me with the matlab script to do the two above steps? Any suggestions are welcome. Thanks a lot!
