Dear Linling

To avoid this in the future you may want to record pulse and respiration and use for instance RETROICOR (Glover et al. 2000).

主题: Re: [SPM] Problem about how to deal with the activation withinventricles of the brain
Hi Linling,

Usually the bestway is to define an VOI and than get the activations in that region and use it as an additional regressor similar to using motion parameters. People usually choose eyeballs for VOI.

Cheers
Burak

Dear all,

Could anyone give me some suggestion about how to deal with the activation within ventricles of the brain in order to show more meaningful activation pattern?

Thanks in advance!
