I am writing an image using writeanalyze (from Colin Humphries at University of California, Irvine). Image intensity is written in float, but I have the same problem if I use int32 or int64.

Values are typically ~30000.

When I read the image back with spm_read_vols, the values come back as e-39.

I’ve looked at the code, but spm_read_vols calls spm_slice_vol, which is compiled.

Can someone please help me sort this.
