Hi, I am using SPM8 for fMRI. For each session of the experiment, there are around 2500-3200 images. When I use the DICOM to nii converter provided in SPM8, I notice that only 84 nii format data is generated. On the matlab console, I see a message that says something like -acquisition number not changing or DICOM images are repeated'. Is there something wrong in the way I am converting? regards Kavita
