Hello Everyone! We have two models, one basic and one with RT entered as a parametric regressor. Would it be legitimate to create a set of DCMs with VOIs from both of these models? The only difference between the two models are the parametric regressors. We looked at a timeseries taken from the same coordinates in each model and found a small difference (mean = 1.3, std = .07). Would a better alternative be to use coordinates found in the RT model to extract a VOI from the basic model, thereby having all the VOIs come from the same model? thanks very much for your time and effort!
