Dear SPMers, Performing a standard 1-way ANOVA within-subjects using SPM8, the matrix is weighted very differently depending on whether the model is estimated using SPM8 v3684 or v4010. Both models below have been generated using the same batch job. Any idea of what has changed between the two versions ?
