Timescapes Policy Briefing Paper Series Launching at the Understanding and Supporting Families over time Conference: 13th - 14th June 2011 Timescapes is pleased to announce the launch of a series of policy briefing papers at the forthcoming Policy Conference in June. The briefing papers will address issues across the life course, detailing the main findings from the project and policy recommendations for policy makers. Key issues addressed include the implication of moving into adulthood in an economic recession; support needed by teenage fathers; the challenges facing new mothers in contemporary times; strengthening men's involvement in parenting; experiences of children being brought up by working parents; the complexities, needs and life chances of those livening in poverty in closely layered families, and the life chances of older people.
