Anke Russell one of our contacts in Switzerland has written:
I am interested to find empirical data, preferably expressed as ratios of information and records management staff to total number of employees in a company/corporate environments.
I am aware that Outsell Inc. www.outsellinc.com for example has done this kind of work for information staff.
It would be great if you were able to identify a contact who may know, may have done similar work or you yourselves may be aware of the existence of such a ballpark ratio that could be viewed as an industry average.
