Hello, I was wondering if anybody knew of any companies, legal firms, hospitals, etc; that offer unpaid placements in their records departments, or would be willing to take somebody on temporarily in order to allow them to gain some records management experience, in the North West of England (specifically Manchester, Blackburn, and the Pendle and Rossendale areas)? It is my intention to apply for the archives and records management course at Liverpool, for Sept 2012. I already have around 18 months worth of experience from volunteering at five archives, but I feel it would be advantageous for me to acquire some specific records management experience. Any help would be appreciated.
