Hello,
I'm currently in the process of reviewing our corporate retention schedule and a question came up over election records (ballots, corresponding number lists etc). Could anyone point me in the direction of the latest guidance for the retention of Election Records? Our current retention schedule is based primarily off of the LGCS 2.03 and that states destroy 6 months from closing of poll for local elections, but I've been informed by our governance team that everything from elections must be kept for two years. Any help is as always, greatly appreciated. Cheers.

Sincerely,

Joseph Bartoletti
