Dear Chua and other list members - I have nothing critical to say about IDEO but I have developed an approach to "design thinking" that integrates it with strategic foresight, Osterlander's Business Model Generation approach and for good measure emergence theory. If you are interested in reading my paper please make a request offline. Although trained as a physicist I wandered into the design space as a result of my work with Marshall McLuhan in the 70's. I prepared this paper for the Think Tank course I teach at the Ontario College of Art and Design. Best wishes - Bob Logan
