Could anyone let me now what are the legal requirements for company to provide Health surveillacne for contractors or agency staff whilst working on their site? Could this be part of a service level agreement?

I seem to think that ffw and health surveillance is the responsibilty of the employer who employees agency staff or contractors.....protecting health & sfaety in the workplace
