I am seeing a member of staff (MoS) tomorrow who has tinnitus. The MoS is due to move to an open plan office and has concern that the noise may effect concentration. What advice could i provide for MoS and the manager? Is access to work likely to be of benefit in this case (considering the recent changes in what they can provide)? thanking you in anticipation.
